Shipping:
safepharmacyonline.com can deliver to any address worldwide.
Your signature upon receipt will be required when the order is delivered.
We ship our orders daily on a first come first go basis.
Your order confirmation does not indicate that your credit card was charged.
We use Subscribed International Airmail for all of our orders with the final delivery time depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Orders generally arrive within 15 to 20 days. However we ask you to please be patient and wait up to 25 days.
We will not and cannot accept cancellation requests once the order has been processed and the order confirmation is sent to you via e-mail.
safepharmacyonline.com is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when ordering.
Once the order is shipped, the delivery time will depend of the efficiency of your local postal services.
safepharmacyonline.com has no knowledge of import laws into any country. It is each customer responsibility to be aware of the importation laws of their respective countries.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can only be made for the same product and only if the product arrives deteriorated.
The client must contact us within the first 24 hours of product reception. In order to proceed with an exchange of the product, an explanation for the exchange is required.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used or opened.
The returned product will be checked by us. We will verify if the product is deteriorated. If that is the case we will send the new product within 10 days.
